Characterization of marine biodiversity in the infra and supra littoral.

We carry out evaluations and studies of the coastal zone, through inspections with high-tech equipment (SeaBeam, MultiBeam), generating detailed information on the seabed. We generate, analyze and classify underwater videos and photographs by integrating updated bathymetric data, reviewing and identifying species of macro-crustaceans, fish and fauna in general, determining the biological diversity of benthic habitats, generating an underwater photography and video database with Three-dimensional geo-referenced location of species in plans and reports. We index underwater video repositories, classifying and facilitating searches by geographic location or by content descriptors in the database of variables such as taxonomic groups, depth, temperature range, among others, at the same time we identify all types of structures and materials that rest on and below the seabed.
